The three piece band known as Ninth Circle is a powerful southern California melodic metal band that plays shows on a regular basis in their region of the globe. Dennis Brown, guitarist and vocalist for the band, met bassist and main songwriter, Frank Forray when they were 14 years old at Catholic school.
