“Oumuamua” – a cigar-shaped celestial body that was sighted in September 2017 and was initially frantically referred to as an alien spacecraft. The artwork and the song “Cosmic Cigar” show the band’s fascination for this rock and its history – and of course a certain proximity to spacerock. The fact that this band has quality and has become a constant in the alternative rock scene has long been chiselled in Stone(r).
