In 1999, Roger Waters went on a tour of America with the program “In The Flesh”. Another tour followed in 2000, but the concerts were held at larger venues, as the demand for tickets significantly exceeded the supply. Along with classic hits from PINK FLOYD’s repertoire, the new song “Each Small Candle” was included in the program, which gave hope for the imminent release of a new album. As part of this tour, a live album was recorded, as well as a DVD.
