Yesterday we featured the 1989 debut album by melodic hard rockers AMERICAN ANGEL. Now, as requested, here’s the rare 2-CD set titled “Archives“.
On CD 1 we find the band’s self-titled album remastered by themselves, plus 4 bonus tracks – songs AMERICAN ANGEL recorded prior and not included into the debut album.
On CD 2 we have previously unreleased material, a total of 12 tracks from what should have been AMERICAN ANGEL second full length release. Sound quality is very good on both discs.
While “Archives” can be found at major retailers as digital download, it doesn’t include the bonus tracks, exclusive to this now out of print 2-CD set.
This is rocking melodic music with a late ’80s / early ’90s New Jersey sound – groovy, catchy, with huge harmonies.
